Day Seventy-five

My husband, youngest son , and I walked at Midlothian Meadows, part of the Cook County Forest Preserve‘s Tinley Creek Trail System.  Midlothian Meadows is a triangular-shaped swath of forest and prairie.  We walked the marked 2.7 mile paved loop that runs along the outer perimeter of the preserve.  I wore my new shoes!

Mile 2.7 was not marked.  Although I was looking for closure at Mile 2.7, it was a good day and a good walk.
